Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

  • Chop onion, celery and garlic.
  • Slice sausage and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2: Cook Sausage and Chicken

  • Heat oil in the Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  • Cook sausage until browned, about 5 minutes.
